dB Blockers come with a 90 day form, fit and function warranty and a 3 year material defect warranty.  Use this form to submit a warranty claim if your dB Blockers need some help.

Use your phone to take a picture of them and attach it with your claim.  In most instances the photo is enough, but if we need to get them back to the lab so we can run tests and improve our processes, we'll send you a free shipping label.
