Step 1: Meet Your Account Rep

When you’re ready to get your team fit with dB Blockers from Protect Ear, you’ll provide some key information about your team and their unique hearing protection needs, and your local account rep will get in touch with you.

Your rep is an expert in hearing protection and can walk you through the different types of dB Blockers available to help you pick the right style and features for your team — from what level of protection, vented vs non-vented, communication-enabled vs analog, and more customizations to choose from.

Lastly, your rep will help you set up an account and schedule a time to come on-site to take ear impressions for all of your employees — anytime, day or night.

Step 2: Custom Fitting & Production

Once on-site, we spend just five minutes with each employee, just enough time to take custom impressions of their ears and help them choose a color for their new dB Blockers. The ear impression process is quick and painless, and we work fast to help get them back to work.

Once impressions are collected, we’ll ship them off to our production team to actually manufacture, customize, and package the final dB Blockers your team will receive and wear. 

Step 3: Receive Your dB Blockers

In just 3-4 weeks, you’ll receive a shipment with your team’s finished dB Blockers, and they’ll be ready for you to pass out and for your team to try out. We even provide resources on how to wear your dB Blockers correctly and tips for getting through the inevitable break-in period that comes with any personal protective equipment.
