With a career spanning hearing healthcare, clinical education, sales leadership, and business development, Laura brings extensive industry experience to CPE as the company continues to expand its national account capabilities and advance education around effective hearing loss prevention.
In her new role, Laura will focus on national account development, sales training, customer education, and industry engagement, helping organizations better understand the importance of effective, comfortable, and verifiable hearing protection.

Before joining Custom Protect Ear, Laura served as Senior Manager of Growth Channels at Cochlear, where she supported the adoption of innovative hearing technology and helped expand access to solutions for people experiencing hearing loss.
Her career has included roles as a clinical trainer, territory manager, sales trainer, and regional director with two hearing aid manufacturers, as well as experience in private practice and the ENT space.
Laura earned her B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Miami University and her Au.D. from Vanderbilt University.
Her experience has given her a unique perspective across the hearing healthcare journey—from helping individuals adopt technology to address hearing loss to now helping organizations and workers take proactive steps to prevent noise-induced hearing loss in the first place.
